The vehicle health check was not the best I had to replay it three times to understand what the mechanic was saying. Clearly very rushed, not what you want when your vehicle is being serviced.

Was told it would only take a couple of hours as it was a break service and MOT Dropped it off at 8.30am Went back at 1.30pm but had to wait until 3.30pm then i took it without it being cleaned.

I booked the car in for 10am to be told when I arrived it shouldve been 9am (even though I chose 10 on the website). I returned at 3pm to be told my car had only just gone into the garage. 7 and a half hours later my car was ready.

It was average service. It takes a long time to get the car seen to, then repairs take a long time. It took a day to get anyone to answer the phone, then 2 days until the car was looked at in the workshop.
